To Mr. Doug Bannon, CPL Systems:

Dear Doug,

In our recent conversations on automatic grease systems, I would like to state that SLH Transport Inc. in my opinion has seen a direct improvement and lower economical life costing for units that have automatic greasers. As you know I have expanded the use of auto grease systems to SLH's trailer fleet. The cost benefit of having components greased at regular intervals has reducd our overall preventative maintenance programs, improved our safety and compliance records.

I plan to install the CPL supplied Groeneveld system again this year on all power equipment that we have coming in the fall. It is because of the partnership relationship that CPL has continued to maintain with their service, training and product. In the past 10 years of working with CPL, I can not think of any occasion where CPL has faltered or did not achieve the workmanship and quality I was looking for.

Doug, I look forward to more years of working with a quality company that offers a quality product at a cost benefit to SLH Transport Inc.
