Developed for special applications, an example would be for vehicles with an independently-operating crane.

The Triplus system consists of a single pump with between 1 and 3 outputs, on which progressive distribution blocks are mounted.

Each output is individually activated by the control unit. For each output, the interval time and the quantity of grease to be delivered in each cycle can be separately adjusted. The grease delivered to the progressive blocks is spread amongst the lubrication points in a manner determined by the block assembly. For each output, the control unit determines the moment at which lubrication takes place, and monitors the entire process.

The advantages in brief:

simple to expand;

three independent grease outputs;

constant metering irrespective of temperature or viscosity;

wide metering variation;

simple and rapid installation;

diagnostics facility;

database.
