Standard Service and Warranty *: CPL's Warranty is supported by training, trouble-shooting materials and phone support. There is a one-year Warranty on materials and installation, and CPL guarantees workmanship for a year.

Optional Extended GREENLUBE Warranty *: CPL Systems developed its own grease specifically for use in Automatic Greasing Systems. GREENLUBE is the leading grease for excellent performance for your equipment and Automatic Greasing System. CPL Systems' GREENLUBE Grease; EP-0, Low temperature EP-0, and Heavy Duty Moly, are specially designed to be used In all Automatic Greasing Systems for transport and off-road equipment, regardless of climate or application.

CPL is so confident of GREENLUBE'S performance, if you use it for your Automatic Greasing System, CPL will extend Groeneveld's AGS Warranty. If only GREENLUBE Grease is used, the Warranty will be extended to:

Five years on the pump, injectors, blocks and electronics
on Transport Systems; or
Three years on the pump, injectors, blocks and electronics
on Off-Highway Systems.

Terms and Conditions: To make a Warranty claim, contact CPL with the part's serial number and obtain a Warranty Authorization number.

CPL's Warranty applies to the Groeneveld Automatic Greasing System. To maintain a valid Warranty, installation, grease interval adjustments, and service, must be done by CPL Systems or an Authorized Dealer.

The labour to remove and re-install the Automatic Greasing System parts is not covered by the Greenlube Warranty. There is a minimum $ 40.00 charge for all service calls that are not related to warranty.

A customer will not be invoiced for a part that is replaced under Warranty if it is returned to CPL Systems within 10 days. Shipping costs to CPL are not covered by the Warranty. Replacement parts will be delivered to a customer by CPL.

*The basic and extended Warranty is void under the following circumstances:
Cut wires or missing parts
Service by an unauthorized dealer
Water above the follower plate from pressure washing
Damage caused by negligence, theft or accident
Damage from Grease contamination or using alternate
grease
